Raymond Carlson is the owner and pharmacist-in-charge of RC Outsourcing. He served as the past president of both the Ohio Pharmacists Association and Eastern Ohio Pharmacists Association. He is a member of APhA and IACP, and is a former PCAB Surveyor. Ray is also the owner of a 503A facility, RC Compounding Services.

lori carlson, ms
Lori Carlson is the co-owner of RC Outsourcing and the spouse of Raymond Carlson. She is also a Senior Lecturer of Mathematics and Statistics at Youngstown State University.
PHARMACIST
emily OHLIN, pharmd
Emily Ohlin is a Board Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist (BCSCP) and a graduate of Ohio Northern University's Doctor of Pharmacy program. She holds the responsibility of pharmacist-in-charge at RC Compounding Services.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
JUSTIN ROMEO, BS BIOLOGY,
Justin Romeo oversees facility results including quality and quantity of production, operations, inventory and personnel. Justin also acts as Director of Sales and Accounts Payable Manager while maintaining and expanding licensing for the facility.
QUALITY CONTROL DIRECTOR
KIM BEIGHT, BA BIOLOGY
Kim Beight is responsible for Quality Assurance with duties that include performing environmental monitoring, sterility and endotoxin testing, and media fill process validations. In addition, Kim maintains standard operating procedures and investigation report writing.
PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
CAREY SILVESTRI, CPHT
Carey Silvestri is a nationally certified pharmacy technician. Her primary roles include customer relations and order entry. Carey also plans and establishes production schedules for the compounding, labeling and packaging functions for the facility.
